AI drafting
Draft SEO titles and meta descriptions with your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, offline heuristics, or Seofyme Cloud.

AI drafting writes SEO titles and meta descriptions (and, with Cloud, social titles) from your post content so you're editing a suggestion instead of staring at a blank field. There are three ways to run it, and only one of them touches Seofyme Cloud.
Three ways to draft
| Mode | Where it runs | Needs a key? | Needs Cloud? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bring your own key | Your own OpenAI or Anthropic account | Yes, your own | No |
| Offline heuristics | Locally on your server | No | No |
| Seofyme Cloud | Seofyme's hosted infrastructure | No | Yes — metered |
Bring your own key
Add an OpenAI or Anthropic API key under Seofyme's AI settings in WordPress. Drafting requests go straight from your server to that provider using your own key and your own billing — Seofyme never sees the key's usage or cost.
Offline heuristics
With no key configured and no Cloud plan, Seofyme still generates a reasonable draft using rule-based heuristics (pulling from your title, keyphrase, and opening paragraph) instead of a language model. It's not as fluent as an AI draft, but it's free and works with zero setup.
Seofyme Cloud
If you'd rather not manage a provider key, Seofyme Cloud drafts on your behalf against your monthly quota — see Seofyme Cloud for plan limits and API keys for connecting it.
Tip
Every AI draft — from any of the three modes — is still a suggestion. Read it before publishing; it's not a substitute for the on-page SEO checklist.
